They kept my car for almost a week.

They kept my car for almost a week. My service advisor was rude, ignored me, & when he finally DID answer, he gave me the runaround about when my vehicle would be finished. When I picked up my car (& despite not being busy & two separate employees notifying him I was there) my service advisor didn't even have the decency to come out & speak to me about the work that was performed on my car.

you could eat off the floors they are so clean. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I think it is the best run dealership I?ve ever been to. I will forever be loyal.

George Ross was amazing from the beginning.

George Ross was amazing from the beginning. He is on top of everything. From the moment we got on the waiting list for the GX 550 to delivery! We are not from the area and all was a smooth process virtually! Finance Manager Hafiz made everything easy we will when it came to signing. We have a local Lexus dealership- working them was difficult so we opted for a dealership out of the area! Best decision ever- nervous but George took care of all that! I would buy from them again, our 5.5 hour drive is worth it!
