Kevin was attentive to my needs and went out of his way

Kevin was attentive to my needs and went out of his way to help me not only get my maintenance scheduled, but also to help get an axel problem identified and fixed. I was dismissed without a second thought. He really worked with me to address my concerns.

The customer service representative/advisor Mr. Grant well represented the company. He was professional throughout my conversation with him. He refunded amount I paid for oil change that was not supposed to be charged.
