My experience was great.

My experience was great. However, my car was to be cleaned but it was not. Overall, nice experience and would return for service and maybe a new car. Was expecting a clean car.

Purchased my car here 6 years ago and received exceptional service their sales team. Six years later, I refuse to go anywhere else to service my car as their service department also provides excellent service! Customer for life!

Got a screw in a rear tire that could not be repaired.

Got a screw in a rear tire that could not be repaired. We also needed a new spare as ours was 14 years old. We called all the tire stores in Houston and no one had any in stock that day. Called GP1 Lexus Southwest (Sterling McCall Lexus) had 2 tires in stock that matched the existing tires. Was able to get in and get the tires mounted and installed in a couple of hours. Service man, i cant remember his name, kept us apprised of the status of our vehicle during the service. The waiting area is very nice with lots of tables and chairs. Several tvs and a snack bar with coffee, teas, soft drinks and water as well as a variety of snacks. The restrooms are very clean. They also washed and vacuumed our car.
