My service advisor, Mr. Lemp was great. He told me how long I should expect to wait. He?s very courteous and knowledgeable. I asked him a couple of questions and he answered quickly, and I was very satisfied..

My car was dropped off for the 5000k maintenance checkup. Excellent service as always by Josh Garcia He made sure that vehicle would be serviced in a reasonable time. Provided me with a loaner car.

My long time service advisor moved to another department

Once again, my service experience at Sterling McCall

Once again, my service experience at Sterling McCall Lexus was outstanding. I was able bring my car in for service with my long-standing advisor, Mr. Marlon Romero. Marlon is always dialed into my concerns about the vehicle, and he's tremendously responsive to my questions. He kept in touch with updates on the service including the available options regarding time and cost. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, he was right there to walk me through the updates and see me on my way. I've been a customer of Sterling McCall Lexus and Marlon Romero for 15+ years and once again they exceeded my expectations!
