SM Lexus is my preferred service center!

SM Lexus is my preferred service center! I noticed a hesitation when starting my car. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town and delayed one week. I attempted to call in advance from the airport Friday and waited for transfer 30 minutes to no avail. I called Saturday morning and waited 58:23 for someone (Steve) to pick up to confirm whether my battery was within warranty, and it was. That took less than 2 minutes. Check-in was quick and my regular advisor, David Cortes, was on site. In and out in under 2 hours. Not too bad for a Saturday without appointment. The 3-star rating was attributed to the wait time on the phone. The ladies restroom was in desperate need of attention. There was toilet tissue on the floor, a running over trashcan, and the sanitary napkins container was overfilling. I notified a woman in a pink shirt at reception and she said she would take care of it. Checked again when returning to the restroom about 45 minutes later and it was in the same condition. This is a typical of SM Lexus. Nevertheless, this was the experience today. Overall, good service and will return in the future. Hopefully they will read this and make improvements. Thank you!

I love Sterling McCall!

I love Sterling McCall! This dealership staff under the leadership of Justin Page told the truth about the full body damage underneath my car after another shop didn’t. It was fixed so fast I hardly had time to evaluate my loaner to buy that model. Justin is the kind of adviser that goes the extra mile to send you home with a smile. Hats off to everyone who had a hand in this job.
