I love the dealership, but they have gotten very tight on letting you have a loaner vehicle. It was a given when bought car now they don’t have enough or will not authorize unless a certain amount of eork

2021 Lexus RX 350 I purchased has some hail damage as I

2021 Lexus RX 350 I purchased has some hail damage as I found out later. When contacted dealership, the manager resumed to do anything about it. I was surprised that Lexus dealership will be selling cars with hail damage and not disclosing it. I was assured that car has gone through 100+ point inspection and if there would be any issues, dealership would take care of it with in 40 days of purchase. Very disappointed that Lexus dealership misrepresenting and selling damaged cars.
