Everything was great until the end. Danny Garza provided exceptional service and I am happy with my purchase. I confirmed with him the day prior if I could use Apple Pay because I did not have my card yet. He said yes. Well, when I get to pay to make the sale and get into someone’s office I’m not sure if it was a manager or what but he threw his glasses down a couple times huffed and puffed left the office while I was on the phone with my bank. I had the temporary’s car info but not the correct expiration date. The managers need to be trained on how to use all the devices bc I asked Danny after all the drama and he said he probably just didn’t know how to do it ……

Brooke was just awesome! I had not purchased a new car in many years and she made the buying experience so easy! I asked a lot of questions and I really appreciated that she took lots of time to answer them.
