Fernando was responsive and stayed true to his word every step of the way. I had issues with my old title and he saved the car for me! Not high Pressure sale but i told him what i was looking for and he found it fast.

Steve Machsnn is everything that you can ask for in a sales person. He took his time to show me little things in the car that I had no idea it had when I had another sales person. He just seemed like he didn’t have time to talk to me or to deal with me on any type of service or discounts anytime when I ask for new sales person, you guys are always connecting me back to that guy. Not sure how I got Steve but apparently someone was looking out after me. Thank you Steve for all your help and your patience and time.

It would have been a pleasant occasion except you needed
It would have been a pleasant occasion except you needed my credit report. I had frozen these accounts for my own safety. The curious thing is I have purchased TWO Lexus autos in the past and all I had to do was write a check (I paid cash for the autos) and drive away. This became a very long day!!!
