I recently purchased a RAV4 from Westside Lexus, and I have to say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Philippe, was great to work with. He's a fast talker, but he was patient and took the time to answer my many questions about financing and the purchase process. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. What really stood out to me was the transparency. There were no surprise charges, unnecessary add-ons, or last-minute games. Everything was laid out in black and white. The contract clearly showed what I was paying for, including taxes, title, and licensing fees. It was straightforward and honest. I've bought a few vehicles over the years, and unfortunately not every dealership operates that way. Westside Lexus was refreshing because there was none of the old-school sales nonsense. The entire process was smooth, professional, and respectful of my time. I'm glad I made the purchase with Westside Lexus and will absolutely be back when it's time for service, and probably when it's time for another vehicle. Thanks again to Philippe and the team for making the experience such an easy one.
