What a pleasant experience with Catalina! I initially came in to test a vehicle only. She was very accommodating and courteous and with excellent product knowlege, she and I drove a few vehicles and I was pleased with my last choice. She made the buying process speedy and easy. I would recommend her 1000% to deal with. What a lovely person and buying experience! She has gone above and beyond to make everything great. Thank you again Woody

Their service department is horrendous. Mike and Jacob the managers are very dishonest and disrespectful to customers. Theres also some dishonest practices going on there. They will drive and mess up your car and refuse to take responsibility. I've bouggt cars from Westside for over a decade but will never again buy or lease from Westside due to the dishonesty and treatment by these two.
