Sales man was upfront and honest, I was looking for used
Sales man was upfront and honest, I was looking for used and he showed me the car I had found online and then found a better one. Second time I have bout a used car there, and would recommend them. Finance was smooth and easy.

Only problem was getting settled with a financial rep.
Only problem was getting settled with a financial rep. First two dropped me for some reason about a better fit into their schedule. JT, the third rep was great. otherwise, my lease deal went good. Shakher Shroff made time for my multiple unannounced visit, was courteous and helpful each time. Facility is clean and welcoming. I never had a problem getting parked near the main entrance.

This dealership has a nice appearance . My salesman was kind and considerate. Christian and Sterling were also kind and professional. However, The Lady, who finished my paperwork was extremely rude. I realize that you all have dealings with people who buy vehicles on a more frequent basis, however the vehicle purchasing experience should be an enjoyable one from start to finish.
