We found our salesperson, Jim, and the entire staff of Westside Lexus to be extremely professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The car was immaculately prepared and ready for our review upon arrival. The time spent in the finance department was the least I have ever experienced at about 15 minutes which was truly refreshing. The dealership owes me one key fob and has kept me updated on its acquisition including the offer to purchase a new one if I had an immediate need. Would recommend Jim and Westside.

Rick did a great job for me! I had ordered my vehicle - and he kept me up to speed re its status - e.g. manufacturing, shipping, ready for delivery. He was responsive - and did NOT over-promise. Once my vehicle arrived, he was very helpful in getting the transaction completed - efficiently, but was thorough re answering questions & pointing items of note out. I would recommend him highly!
