Legacy Ford had an “in transit” vehicle that I was interested in, and Sales Rep, Vanessa, kept me in the loop as to the arrival date. She even sent a video when it hit the dealership’s lot. Valentine of the service department was awesome and gave us impeccable and timely service. Every time my family and I visit Legacy for Rosenberg, Texas they never fail to give Awesome customer service. And because of that, we will continue to do business with them.

I bought a new Shelby on Halloween Day.
I bought a new Shelby on Halloween Day. My salesman Christian was engaging and easy to work with and he made the whole experience worthwhile. When I we were about to get in for a test drive, the manager pointed out that this new car actually had a small preexisting scratch on a wheel, that the dealership had ordered a replacement, and nothing to worry about, that as soon as they received it they would call me and put it on for me. I was impressed that they pointed this out to me, and I was also very impressed that they did exactly what they said they would do. Unlike some dealerships, they kept their word, which is important to me. They also were available after the sale for any questions or concerns I had. Also when I brought in the car for service they were super careful with it and also assigned me to a service manager that personally is also into race cars and was able to show and teach me many things. His name is Andrew. On that visit I also had the opportunity to meet and learn from Joe who put the ceramic on the car before I bought it. I know of no other dealership with the selection of Shelby’s, the experience, and the know how that these guys have. I would only buy a Shelby from these guys!

This review is solely based on 1 Service Center employee on 3/6/2026, who showed me the 1 and only time I’ve had a great experience at Legacy Ford. Mr. Bobby Sheik was genuinely professional, no act, just a great employee doing what he’s paid to do. Before this last visit to Legacy ford, I couldn’t say enough bad things about my experience with the Service center, from never giving a follow up call back to getting hung up on, etc. etc. But Mr. Sheik is at least the best overall experience I’ve had at Legacy.

The service at Legacy Ford of Rosenberg was great.
The service at Legacy Ford of Rosenberg was great. I live 200 miles from them and they made the experience seem like I was just down the street. Christian, my sales rep, went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted, even though I was apparently asking for a unicorn. The finance guy wax good, as was everyone I dealt with. They even delivered my new King Ranch to me. Great service. Rosenberg, and Ford, are fortunate to have them.
