I had a great experience the second go round . The first time I was told no three time but I went back and didn’t give up and I ended up after five hours leaving with a car and for that I’m forever grateful. God is truly amazing and he did a great work that’s day . Some awesome people work there as well . They made being there for those five hours easy.

Great customer service by David. He is very professional and respectful with customers. Technicians are quick and efficient. I am glad I could use my Ford Pass points with no problems

My overall experience was a little questionable, however, Ryan extended himself beyond expectations of a car salesman. He wanted to ensure that I was satisfied in every area of concern. KUDOS !!!

Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had a Dealership. The knowledge of the staff, professionalism and speed in which everything was done was top notch. They have a great team and I will absolutely be back when I need an upgrade.

Gwen and the service team is a great job having this done fast, despite how horrible Ford vehicles are built in the 2020s. Despite their efforts I will never buy another Ford again. Too many recalls and near misses with this vehicle to justify another Ford made purchase. I will be getting an older vehicle and likely Toyota, because I want to be able to change my own oil and battery without having to take my entire car apart. This is no fault of Legacy Ford, Gwen, or the hard working service people working there.

From the initial contact to the close of the deal, the experience was exceptional. Our Salesman, Lupe Torres, clearly does his job with customer satisfaction always at the forefront. Brandon Ewer, our Finance Manager, provided the same service excellence, and performed above and beyond all expectations. It was a pleasure working with both Lupe and Brandon.
