I have had big repairs that had to be done. I don’t typically go to dealerships as I have had my own mechanic. But Legacy Ford is trustworthy. Their service advisors make you feel like your family. I have worked with Mark, Gwen and Valentine. They are the best. They are efficient and accommodating. Legacy Service is efficient and accommodating. As long as I drive a Ford, they will be my dealership and my service provider.

Finance guy we worked with was also respectful, funny he was straight forward with everything and we drove an hour to get to them and left with exactly what I wanted and had a more pleasant experience overall. If I need something else in the future and that overall business dynamic is still there I would be a repeat customer.

The service advisor and the manager Zach and even the general manager was awesome. It was refreshing to have great service. Even though some things went wrong they all made it a pleasant experience. They had some problems fixing my truck but I could tell they honestly wanted to make everything ok so I was happy.
