Chase Miller & Eric Estrada were our sales team. Excellent service, friendly professional,ADA compliant,hassle free, respectful. Finance guy we worked with was also respectful, funny he was straight forward with everything and we drove an hour to get to them and left with exactly what I wanted and had a more pleasant experience overall. If I need something else in the future and that overall business dynamic is still there I would be a repeat customer.

Andrew was very respectful and did everything he could do to resolve my issue. Was told my rim was bad but he put the right people in my path to figure out my issue. It is resolve and no more worrying about what to do. Thanks

The service advisor and the manager Zach and even the general manager was awesome. It was refreshing to have great service. Even though some things went wrong they all made it a pleasant experience. They had some problems fixing my truck but I could tell they honestly wanted to make everything ok so I was happy.

Sincerely appreciate Jacob, Andrew, the service mgr, and Chase's help in getting my daughter's 2018 Ford Edge repaired when the extended warranty co. squirreled out and didn't want to pay. Same with me contacting Ford motor company corp. and basically getting a go pound sand as well from them. My kid spent close to $15K of her own hard earned money on the Edge as it only had 80K miles, fully loaded, and beautiful maroon red in color...taking her 4 years to save! This was her first car and car buying experience. These 4 gentlemen turned what could have been a real disastrously ugly situation into a positively memorable one being "heroes" to help save the day. I sincerely appreciate what you did for my kiddo and our family making a potentially horrible experience into an honorable and professional one that will definitely weigh heavy in our mindset if we decide to purchase another vehicle. We would definitely feel confident buying it from Legacy Ford! Thank you again. Chris
