Bobby, my Service advisor, kept me posted on the status
Bobby, my Service advisor, kept me posted on the status of my warranty claim with our third party warranty company. The warranty company was not on time and very hard to get information from. Legacy and my advisor in particular, were helpful in his over communicating of the status and progress. When repairs were finally approved, the parts and repairs were promptly delivered and completed. Bobby was helpful, understanding that it was time sensitive due to the car belonging to my daughter and her timeline of needing to return to college in south Texas. Thanks again Bobby
