Very professional folks, with time estimates met. The work was expertly and functionally performed. Courtesy was refreshing. The nice woman who rides a Harley 3 wheeler handled it very well and was friendly to my wife and I. Its great to know there are still dealerships that are so professional. No problem with service department but with the dealership. When I first bought the car, it was.suppose to be 90 days for the payments to start, instead they started in 30 days. I was going to pay in cash so I had to sell some assets quickly and yes I should have requested the documents on paper before I signed them electronically without seeing them on paper. Should add that I said tens of time that the payments would start in 90 days and that was why I bought the auto there.

Took my F-150 in for recalls. My service associate was Valentine. He was great! Very courteous, & communicated well. They provided a ride to work & even delivered my truck to me when the work was finished. I will definitely continue to use Legacy Ford for service on my truck and future vehicle purchases.

Chris Spisak was very helpful and understood that I didn’t want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. The same goes for the finance manager I worked with, although unfortunately I can’t remember his name. They both made the entire experience quick, easy, and very positive.

Lance was really great about keeping me abreast with what was going on with my vehicle. Although I didn't purchase my truck from Legacy Ford,I wish I would have. Their customer service is bar none. Th e dealership i did purchase from basically was done with me once the papers were signed.
