Terrible dealership!!!! Your staff lied about almost everything from the beginning. Bait and switch tactics during the sales process. Horrible!!!

We continue to be pleased with the service we receive at Winchester Mitsubishi and are very happy that we now have Ben Shabib as our service adviser. Ben may be new to this dealership, but he has already proven to be knowledgeable and helpful. We especially liked receiving the text and email while our car was in for service updating us on its progress and checking on other service that may be needed.

Dealership has a auto service called A1 Auto Service and they do all the service work on Mitsubishis. BEN Shabib was my service advisor and he was really nice and personable and honest. Even showed me pictures of a few things that needed to be taken care of on my vehicle which I did not know about. Pricing is really good I highly recommend asking for Ben. I will definitely be back because of Ben since my last service advisor was pretty bad and he is no longer there. Kudos to Ben for making my way short and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle I could not ask for more.

Working with Gina and Tim had been great. They have been a joy to work with.
