Every time we go for service they attempt to deny us the free lifetime oil change that was valid at the time of purchase. After frustrating us and raising our blood pressure, they go ahead and give it to us free. This happens every time and we bought two cars from them, so we have to go through it every time twice. EVERY TIME. It was the deal when we bought the cars, you would think they would have figured it out by now, it has been a year this month and still the same thing every time.

Tiffany was genuine and concerned for my satisfaction. She followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going smoothly and offered to answer any additional questions I had.
