My sales agent Ms. Ramona Torres and the Manager Mr. Ben Shabib have been very helpful and patient with my first car purchase. All of my concerns were addressed and it really felt like I was in the right dealership. Another good thing was that they have a mechanic to answer all the technical questions. Superb service.

Do not recommend at all. We went to look at the vehicle and discussed price with the salesman. And came in with a pre approved offer from their website for listed price. Once we started the paperwork process we were asked to sign three separate copies of the finalized paperwork two electronic copies and one paper. Reviewed first set and everything was in order. We were told there was and issue with electronic copy and we just needed to resign everything. When final copies were emailed the price was 5000 more than agreed upon and originally reviewed. Financial employee reviewed features on the car that when we got home the car did not even have. Mitsubishi connect specifically. When we questioned the changed paperwork and asked for copies of all three sets they were never provided. We were told they were archived. When we asked for general managers contact info it was never provided. We also signed DMV paperwork that requested title in both of our names when we got tags and registration it was only in one of our names. We then got letters from multiple lenders stating we were denied not because of credit but because the dealer was trying to finance more than the car was worth without our knowledge or permission. They should have been submitting requests for the amount we were told was the car purchase price not amounts above what was agreed. The only positive experience was with the service department. They were very helpful and accommodating.
