Best dealership experience I have had! They made the lengthy car buying process quicker, easier, and less stressful! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional without being pushy. The salesman was very knowledgeable and could explain everything about the cars I looked at and answered all my questions without any hesitations. They worked with our financial needs in mind. Went in looking at a used car and came out with a brand new one! Definitely plan to do business with Winchester Mitsubishi, Ben and Andrew again!

I wrote a bad review three days ago and I spoke to a manager about the review. The manager the explained to me why I ended up paying $6,000 more than the advertised price. He blamed the state of Virginia. Then he goes on to say that I have free oil changes for life and unlimited engine and drive train coverage. That’s not true. I had my oil changed there a few weeks ago and that sure was not free. The manager told me that he would call me the next day, that was three days ago. I’m still waiting for a call.

Winchester Mitsubishi is a great dealership. I recommend them to everyone. Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. I bought my 2022 Outlander a few days ago and love it so much! My salesman Andrew Padilla was awesome and Ben the finance manager was as well. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

I bought a car from yal and 2 days later a check IMA system light came on and I researched it and it says that it’s the hybrid system malfunctioning and your mechanic tried telling me it’s a coolant temperature sensor and yal have been supposed to be calling me when you get the part in witch was about 2 months ago and I haven’t heard a word so no I would not recommend this place to get a vehicle they apparently do not know what they are talking about mechanicly and don’t care about your car they changed the oil in mine car and didn’t put the undercarriage shield back on rite and it blew off going down the road and when I got the car took it home and woke up the next morning to a flat tire because the tires were so dry rotted so if I were you I’d go somewhere else because all they are worried about is filling there wallet up
I hope you guys start worrying more about your customers than there money
