The workers in Winchester Mitsubishi are very caring and trustworthy . I bought a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage from them and they transported it for free from Winchester to Manassas ( about 70 miles ). Before any oil change, they send me reminders, upon arrival at their dealership, they attend to me immediately and within 45 minutes, all servicing is done .

Exorbitant fees for nothing
We reached out about a truck listed and drove 6 hours to see it. We never buy trucks in our home state of NY because of salt. Got there, test drove it, and considered buying it. However, they threw on a $2550 destination fee on a USED vehicle, on top of their already top of Nada priced vehicle. I reviewed the listing and their website. The fee is never mentioned and according to all the major lending and car review sites, that's a fee for new cars only. We've bought over 15 cars in our lives, used and new, and have never once been asked to pay a destination fee on a used vehicle. The destination fee on my new Highlander wasn't even that high. When we said No, the manager said we didn't drive all that way to not buy the vehicle. Thinking you have your customers over a barrel and sticking them with ridiculous fees because you think you can is no way to run a business. We would have taken the truck if it wasn't for that. Very under handed and deceitful
