They were very helpful getting me out of my 6 month old vehicle which had problems that weren’t resolved by GM and into a new vehicle. Everyone that I worked with was wonderful during a stressful situation.

This is my third lease with West Herr. They just make everything so easy. The service dept is the best as well. I am a West Herr customer for life !

Will take advantage of you. I understand the game but the Woman took an 18 YO had her sign saying there was no damage on a damaged car and told her the “warrenty” would cover it. This woman made this kid think she was doing something good when in reality she was doing something WRONG and probably ILLEGAL by saying there was NO damage on a clearly damaged car and then asking for 12k above blue book value. If i could go in there and see that woman face to face i would. I understand its their job but this woman should not have been able to say there was no damage and no accident on a car that was in an accident and damaged. Which i found out about the original accident a year later after getting into one that the vehicle was in one prior! And have the paperwork telling me the BUYER it was never in an accident.

Went to look for a lease/buy of a Silverado trail boss.. was watching one in the color I liked for a few days, came to find out it was sold. For some reason the deal fell through for whoever bought it so lucky me was able to scoop it up.. the gm Michelle is amazing and Bill my salesman was great too! Great service and a great deal!
