Putting lives in danger!
Victor took advantage of my 18 year old son and sold him a vehicle that had been previously t-boned and had an open recall that affected the safety of the vehicle. It was not discovered until the frigging right side axle broke loose from the vehicle causing him to lose control and strike a parked vehicle. Total xxxx and somebody needs to go to jail!

Bought a 2004 Ford F-250 that when taken back to Pennsylvania it would have cost almost $4000. to pass inspection. This place sells junk vehicles. Do not buy from here

Caution Caution Caution
The cars offered for sale at this dealership are well below suitable to be sold. They don’t check anything on the vehicle before they offer it for sale. Steer clear! (No pun intended) The owner is an arrogant greedy sob & Cody is just a puppet salesman that knows nothing.

Watch the FEES!!!
Fees of $399 yet no plates nor registration.. Just paid tax and CHARGED $19 EXTRA for the title. Was told they charged that because its legal. Plenty of things are LEGAL but immoral. Please; BEWARE of wolves in sheeps clothing!!

Our family has been purchasing vehicles from Chet and his staff for over 7 years. Chet Van Doren is professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable in the sales of used vehicles. His service manager, Craig shares the same traits as Chet, as does his entire staff. Both my son and I just purchased 2 used vehicles from Carlink and we are both extremely satisfied with the entire buying experience. If you are looking for a truthful, honest and caring car dealership, I suggest you visit Carlink. Thanks Chet for all you have done for us in the past and we WILL return.

Won't give pricing for a buyer via email for buyer
Dealer refuses to give a buyer who is letting them know a price for warranty via email. Despite telling them you are 70 miles away, out of state, and buying that day for the specific model they had. I bought another vehicle a few hours after not getting the info I requested. I didn't ask to go back and forth on price, but rather a single price that I would consider. Was told they don't do that over email. That's fine if it's your policy, but know it costs sales for actual serious buyers who are willing to travel to you for a vehicle they are interested in purchasing. The person whom I was in contact with was helpful but was unable to get or give me the requested info. It's a shame as I liked the car and they still have it for sale two weeks later. Just giving me the requested information would have gotten the vehicle sold. You guys really need to reconsider your ways of doing business when s buyer says they are willing to buy right now.
