20,000 Mile Service

We had our 2013 serviced and a repair made on the fuel tank door actulator. The service department was very professional and performed all the tasks I had requested. The service advisor provided the discounts we were entitled to. We purchased the car new from this dealership and we have had a good experiance with the service department every visit.

Quick and eady

Everyone was friendly. The one thing ...i was not informed of a car switch..i could have walked...but zack seemed genuiely apologetic so i completed the transaction..

The car deal that almost wasn’t

From the minute I stepped on to the lot, Abid Alhilal was exceptional. He answered my questions, explained everything about the car without being pushy, and made us feel like we were the only people in the dealership. While we waited for financing, he checked on us frequently. Tim in finance was the hero of the day. He worked for 24 hours to make sure this deal happened within my specified criteria. Everyone I came into contact with was wonderful. But these two need a raise.

Outstanding Customer Service

The staff at LHM were very friendly and knowledgable, Travis in particular. I felt he really cared about my situation and that he went above and beyond what most dealerships would have. Travis is an asset to this company! I would recommend this service center to anyone who can appreciate remarkable service!

Very helpful and friendly

Andrew made my experience at this dealership quick and easy. I came in the day before and made an appointment, where he offered me the option of a shuttle service to get home (didn’t use it, but a nice option). When it finally came time for dropping my car off, it was painless. I was offered bottled water, coffee, and anything else I may have needed. Soon after leaving, I got a text saying that if I needed anything to respond. I think that’s an awesome service and sets you apart. Picking up my car was also smooth, and my car was clearly well taken care of. I got in and there was a coupon on my dash. Overall, the care and hard work people like Andrew put in is very clear to me as a customer. While I didn’t get my needed repairs due to my financial situation, not a single representative was pushy about it, which often happens to you when you’re a young female with car troubles. Andrew’s customer service is impeccable, he needs a raise. Thanks for all your help, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Friendly, but second opinion raised concerns

Interactions with staff were very good. Place was attractive, professional, and clean. They gladly worked with my schedule. I don't normally use them for routine service, but was at the dealership for the airbag recall fix My engine light had just come on, so I asked to have it checked. After deciding to get a second opinion on over $2K worth of recommended work, my regular shop discovered all the trouble codes had been cleared. This kept them from having the same information to work from as the technicians in the dealership. My guys suggested code clearing wasn't necessary while Andrew was helpful in explaining this is part of VW's standard, comprehensive troubleshooting process. I admit I don't know enough about how this works to know who is right. I just know it was a challenge to get a fully qualified second opinion. Among the recommended repairs was one to replace the high pressure fuel pump. There is a bracket protecting that pump from accident damage and fuel leaks. Two bolts secure that bracket. One was loose and the other was missing altogether. That cost me $60 in labor to have fixed by my regular mechanic. [Update] Two weeks in and my car is reporting an air bag fault. I'm going to have Miller recheck the recall work and will add to this review once we get it worked out.

Friendly. Courteous. Kind helpful. Took less than 30 min for paperwork Gary goodin was fantastic. He was a pleasure to work with. All staff were great.

Horriable experiance

Went there for service, they told me to go to discount tire that they couldn’t help me. The service writer was eating while discussing what the tech said. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not reccomeond Larry H Miller to anyone! Don’t waste you time! They will tell you they can’t service your car after paying for warranty and road hazard. Why pay for that if they won’t take the time to fix the issues. Instead they tell you we can’t repair a tire here ( really?) ummmmm go to discount! Worst service EVER! Waste of time and money!!!
