Great service.

I purchased this car from Larry H Miller in 2013 and have always had it serviced at the dealership. I have never had a problem and they are always friendly .

Excellent

I actually enjoyed working with the team. They really take care of their customers in both professionalism and hospitality. I love my 2017 Jetta! However, i really wanted a red one and I could have had them order one, but they convinced me to take the blue "because it was on the lot." I guess I wanted to buy it then and there...

Sweet

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Volkswagen has a nice product in the Beetle Turbo convertible . We enjoyed our experience and recommend this dealership.

Overall Exprience

Very smooth purchase. Excellent salesman. He was friendly and knowledable. Odd hiccups in the services department when I go for service but they get resolved. The quality of parts and labor are excellent. A few more smiles at that indoor counter might do some good.

Can't fix a car

I've taken my vehicle to this place Twice already! Each time of which my check engine light turned on a day later! The first time Karl Kompe contacted me personally, offered me a free rental while they were working on my car. The 2nd time my car got worked on, (for a manifold sensor AGAIN) I took my car for a diagnostics test and the error was a runner sensor. The exact sensor that was "replaced". When this happened, I contacted Mr. Kompe and the following day he had someone else contact me. For someone that convinced me to bring my vehicle back then pawn me off on someone else is poor taste for a Director. The only solution I was given was to bring my vehicle back so they can look at it. Like anyone really wants to return to a dealership for a THIRD time within a month time to have the same issue addressed for the 3rd time!!

My brand new car

Larry H Miller did a great job getting us into a new car. Worked hard for the best deal. We, we're what Larry H Miller called a "heat case". We were very upset and disappointed on how we were treated on our last deal. They said come on down and let's get you in a new car. And, that's what they did. Never would I have thought I would be in a brand spanking new car with just 10 miles on it. Zach Ayers was great, along with Tim McElvaine. I highly recommend these two guys.
