Gunn Honda

This was my first time buying experience and it was so easy, much easier than I expected. I got out of my truck not even making it to the front door and immediately met my salesman, Robert Chapman. I and felt comfortable. with his easy-going down to earth personality. He definitely wasn’t the typical salesman I had seen before and I complimented him on it. If I were to buy another vehicle, I would definitely get in touch with Robert again. I will recommend him to everyone I know as he’s a good fair man. I am very pleased with my experience.

Excellent service! They provided a loaner car since I could not be away from home long and didn’t charge me for wiper blades since I had independently changed them fairly recently. Loved our experience with Dell. We went once prior to our actual buy date and no one pressured us. When we came back a couple of months later when we were ready and had weighed our options Dell was ready for us and was also prepared to share options with us. It was a seamless process and I’m loving my new 2026 Honda EXL!

Being able to schedule online makes it easy. Appreciate the courtesy shuttle to take me where I need to go especially when service is expected to take a few hours.

Rosa takes time to explain work that needs to be done and recommends what should be done and what can wait for the another visit. I have been going to Gunn Honda since 2008 to have the service done on my 2 Honda vehicles. I do have a Honda dealership near me but I rather travel just a little farther for good service.

Thet worked with my schedule. They were fast. They explained what they did. They kept the car clean.
