In the construction business our service trucks are very important and when they need repair needless to say we need them in a hurry and fixed right the first time. I am in search of a new vehicle. I have visited many dealerships and have not been thrilled with the customer service and attitudes of the salesmen. Most made me feel like a number or a quick route to a royalty check. Dave on the other hand, was kind and approachable, took interest in my search and offering unbiased advice and support without being pushy. Finally, a real HUMAN BEING in the world of car salesmen.

Very pleased with th 07 F150 we purchased new. We then returned and bought a '11 F350 diesel. Both were 4 doors and fully loaded. Bill Hicks was great to work with and deal with. Helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We will definitely be back when it's time for a new truck .
