Always had great service with Bob Davidson Ford for more than 20 years. Have all my vehicles serviced there. Dave has always been a great help with explaining need repairs and options.

I had been to a few dealers looking for a new car. When I would ask questiosn - they would not look at me to answer the questions - they would look at my husband or father. Since I'm the one buying the car - and i'm the one with questions - i expect that i'm the one that they look at to answer. Gene never treated me that way - when i asked questions that he didn't know answer to - he would stop and try to find the answer before we moved onto next question. Other dealers gave me the blow off like it wasn't an important question. The vehicle i wanted wasn't in stock anywhere in Maryland - Gene researched and found one in Ohio. He ordered it for me and had the car to me within 3 days. I had an issue with the cargo line/tray - he worked with me to try to get it resolved. All the time being friendly and courteous. He made the whole experience less stressful!

Dealership and staff always a pleasure to work with, very professional and responsive to my needs. This last visit was to correct my power window and the staff provided me with a loaner vehicle, called me with regular updates, and demonstrated that repairs were complete upon pick up of my car. Even though I am a new customer, they made me feel like I've been a customer for several years.
