I was in the market for a used F-350 passenger van for my...

I was in the market for a used F-350 passenger van for my business, and Bob Davidson Ford had two 2010 fleet models in stock with low mileage and a decent Internet price. We pulled up in our 2005 cargo van, and Sam immediately greeted us in the parking lot and was very helpful in getting the keys to both vehicles and setting us up for a test drive. The first one we drove was perfect for us, so we headed inside to work out the deal. Sam and the sales manager worked up a great trade price for my 7 model-year old van, and a good deal on the replacement vehicle. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. One thing that struck us as exemplary was the very smooth and easy financing and paperwork process. We have gotten good "deals" at other dealers in the past, but the is the first time we were in and out this fast. We buy a lot of used vehicles, approximately two a year, so we've seen the process at a number of dealerships. This was the best one yet.

I have been to 3 other dealerships with my Ford Freestar...

I have been to 3 other dealerships with my Ford Freestar and it wasn't until I came to Bob Davidson and met Tom Reynolds that my air conditioner was fixed. Tom made sure that when I left Bob Davidson that my A/C was working perfectly and that I was happy. I couldn't imagine going any place else. I will not go to any other dealership. Tom made sure that I was taken care of.

My visit to Bob Davidson Ford was very pleasant. I was greeted by salesman Bill Hicks whom was very polite and informative. He made my visit very comfortable and I didn't feel pressured.

Sam was very helpful and friendly thru out our entire experience. He was honest and up front threw put the whole purchasing experience. We will recomend people to come see Sam when looking to buy a vehicle. Thankyou Sam.

I went into the service department for a routine oil...

I went into the service department for a routine oil change and the young lady Amanda West that helped me was extremely helpful.Amanda even had my car washed for me even though I was just having an oil change.I usually do not do surveys but I thought maybe I should in this case so Bob Davidson Ford would see how great their employees treat their customers.Thanks again and I will be back!

Mr. Gene Walsh was exceptionally helpful, patient, and...

Mr. Gene Walsh was exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He is by far the most pleasant car salesman I came in contact with durring my car "searching" experience (for this car and my cars of the past). He was not pushy at all but as soon as I asked for help or information he was very quick to assist me. I am a very indecisive person by nature and he did not rush me at all. I narrowed it down to two mustangs and he went and got the keys to both of them, started them up and let me sit in them both. Me and my father went to another dealership after we went to Bob Davidson's just so I could walk around clear my head and think about the decision I was about to make, needless to say a salesman got ahold of us at this dealership and we did not make it back to Bob Davidsons until about 45 mins before they closed. I was sure I wanted the Mustang there and Gene saw us pull up. Gene stepped outside and I told him that I wished to purchase the Mustang I had looked at earlier. Me and my father were expecting to be told to come back the following day because of all the work that goes into prepping a car to be sold and all the paperwork involved but Gene (knowing that we lived in Hagerstown) told us that the car would ready to go that day! Sure enough he worked very hard and got us out of there without sparing a single thing. The car was dirty in the lot (just got off the trailor) and it was completely washed and waxed and looked like someone had spent 2-3 hours on it. Gene also made completely sure I knew how to operate everything in the car and that my cell phone was hooked up. He stayed about ten minutes past when he got off showing me how to do all this. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and I would recommend it to ANYONE!
