I Have been coming to Bob Davidson Ford of Md for over 2 years now I love the prompt attention and service that I am giving when I go there for repair of my vehicles. Very kind and helpful Eric is in the Service Dept of my concerns and needs to keep my truck and car on the road in excellent driving condition. I will always be taking both of my vehicles to Bob Davidson of Maryland for all my future needs even down to all my oil changes. Thank You BOB DAVIDSON FORD OF MD YOU ARE THE BEST !! Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle. It was my time first visit at Bob Davidson ford and the service was excellent. I will return in the future for further repairs. Thank you again for making this a pleasurable experience.

Just wanted to say thank you to Sam for my recent new car...

Just wanted to say thank you to Sam for my recent new car purchase from Bob Davidson Ford. We are always very quick to complain about bad service and tell everyone we know about our experience when things go sour and forget to tell our family and friends when we have a great experience. I, like everyone else dread going to buy a car. I put it off and put it off til I convinced myself to go. Prepared for a miserable day, off I went. I was greeted on the lot by Sam, who actually let me get out of my car before he approached me. He was warm and friendly without being false. We seemed to hit it off from the start. He actually took the time to listen to what I wanted from a vehicle and even took notes!!! Never had that happen before. He pulled a mustang up for me and let me drive it on roads that I would travel everyday. He explained the features of the car that were important to me without making me feel like a silly female who was only interested in the radio and mirrors!! We worked out a fair deal without the usual back and forth bullcrap that I was used to. Needless to say, I bought the car that I wanted and paid what I wanted to. Bob Davidson Ford is lucky to have an employee like Sam that cares about his customers and actually follows up after the sale. Never felt like he got my money and forgot about me. Way to go Sam!!! Love my mustang and have told many friends and family members about you.
