My 2005 Chrysler Town & Country was hit on a parking...

My 2005 Chrysler Town & Country was hit on a parking lot. After speaking with John Sprinkle, I had my van towed to Bob Davidson. They took excellent care of my van, completeing the repairs (which were numerous) ahead of schedule. When I went to pick my van back up at the dealership, everyone in the body shop were great! They assisted me (as I am handicapped and climbing stairs is difficult) with getting all of the paperwork completed and after looking at the repairs - well, let me say that my van looks like it rolled off the showroom floor - again. Though my vehicle was not a product that this dealership sells, I will make it a point if the need ever arises again, to go there first! Bob Davidson Ford-Lincoln can be proud of their entire staff - especially John and Pat ands everyone in the body shop. Thank you to all!!

While looking for a new car I drove by Bob Davidson and figured I'd stop in and take a look. The manager introduced me to Jenna, a newer employee at the dealership and we sat down to talk. She asked me what I definitely wanted, what would be nice, and what I definitely didn't want in a new vehicle. After a little bit of talking I had my mind made up that I wanted a Ford Escape, I just didn't know what model of the Escape I wanted, or even the color. Jenna and I went to the back lot and looked at a few even though it was probably close to 100 degrees that day! I test drove one and I explained that I didnt want a split second decision (like I made last time) & that I would talk with my parents and get back to her the next day. The next day she left me a message just asking how the talk with my parents went and to give her a call back. No pressure, no pestering, nothing. It was so nice to have someone that actually cared in making people happy! So after bringing my parents in, and driving a few, I finally decided in a black Limited Escape and couldnt be happier! A few days later Jenna called just asking how I liked my vehicle so far, and that to me ment a lot. The last new vehicle I bought, test drove, and said I wanted it- and the guy wasn't too friendly. I was the 8th new vehicle in my family that have all been purchased at Bob Davidson over the years and we wouldnt go anywhere else! (The quality of work wasnt rated as I haven't had anything done there yet, although I'm coming up close to my 6000 mile oil change!)

I have been in the market for a new car for the past few...

I have been in the market for a new car for the past few months. I have went to numerous dealers and sort of gave up. The last place I stopped was Bob Davidson and I was a bit hesitant, to be honest. Upon arriving I was approached by Billy. I had told him my requirements for a car and he listened to every detail. Billy's knowledge of The Ford Company made my experience very enjoyable. He showed me two specific sedans that he thought would fit my lifestyle. Sure enough, he was right. I have been a proud owner of a new Ford for a few montsh now and couldn't be any happier. My experience with Billy was unlike any that I had encountered before. I have and will continue to recommend Billy and bob Davidson Ford to any and all of my friends who are looking for new vehicles.

I've purchased several cars over the past few years and and have always been real pleased with the sales people and service department. It has been the easiest dealership to work with. Gene really listens to and cares about his customers. He's a straight shooter and is willing to go to bat for his customers to get a good deal. I have traded in two vehicles and bought two with Gene's help and will do so again. I highly recommend him.
