I called on Fri. 10/28/11 to check on a truck. I explained exactly what I wanted and was told they have it. On sat. 10/29/11 I went there and to my surprize they had exactly what I had requested. All of the employees were very friendly, helpful and very professonal at this location. My salesman was very informative on every detail of this vehicle. I am very happy with the deal that was made and feel this dealership stands behide what I was informed over the phone. In my pass experience, I have found other dealerships will tell you anything to get you there, Bob Davidson Ford is not one of those dealerships. Upon my arrival to "Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln" (Oct 31 2011), Mr. Hicks greeted me and escorted me around the lot to help find a vehicle that best suited my tastes, lifestyle and routine. When we found that vehicle, he quickly and efficiently started the process, negotiated the deals, organized the appropriate staff (car care & finance) and assisted me with transferring items from the old vehicle to the new. The next day,he contacted my auto insurance representative from his office to help update and transfer the new vehicle to the current policy. So, the experience with purchasing a vehicle from Mr. Hicks was pleasant and easy.

Billy was very helpfull in finding the car that I wanted per my requests. He kept in contact with me the entire time and worked hard at getting me the best deals possible.

Billy was very friendly and knowledgeable and was not "pushy". He provided us with needed info and made intros to other staff that we needed to meet to finalize the sale. He showed us how things 'worked' in the car and let us know that we can certainly contact him with any concerns about the car/Ford Fusion '08. He was very helpful and called me also to confirm an appointment to have a few things taken care of (touch-up paint, install lic. plates, etc). I am very pleased. :)

I bought a new 2010 Ford F-150 FX4 from Bill Hicks at Bob Davidson Ford. I was very impressed with Bill for many reasons. Bill was very well groomed and dressed very professional which made me very trusting of him. After working with Bill and discussing my wants and needs for a new truck, he was able to locate the exact truck I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. Bill called me over three times after purchasing the truck to make sure everything was up to my expectations. I have never had any car sales person do this. I am moving to Maryland from Florida and stopped in to look at a used car. Billy spent quite a bit of time with us and was very knowledgable.
