Jenna did a great job for us. We were in between multiple vehicles with different packages. Jenna called multiple dealerships, looking for the vehicle we were looking for and ended up finding us exactly what we wanted. Over multiple meetings, Jenna was upbeat, smiling and informative. She followed up via phone and email in order to make the best use of our time when we were in the dealership. She is a great representative of Ford and this dealership.

Kathy Hood is a consumate professional who is sincerely interested in customer satisfaction; a rare thing to find these days. She introduced me to a service staff that was eagerly helping me solve the issues with my car. All in all, I walked away with the opinion that these people look at customers as repeat business; each visit being an investment with potential returns in the future. I am reviewing Billy Hicks because he offered a great experience for my family as we helped our dauther buy her first car. We chose to work with Billy because of his persoanl attention to our family's needs. He really cared and worked hard to help us find the right and safest vehicle for our daughter. He was always responsive and accessable when we had questions about different vehicles, and he worked hard to look around and find all of the things we wanted in a vehicle. We are grateful for all that he did for us. It was a very positive experience.

WHEN I WAS FINALLY READY TO BUY THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL THE FINANCING & PAPERWORK TAKEN CARE OF VERY QUICKLY! THER WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH AT ALL, THEY MAKE SURE TO DETIRMINE YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS AND WORK TO FILL THEM.
