The welcoming was so great!
The welcoming was so great! Unfortunately, the departure lacked the level of enthusiasm and professionalism I was greeted with during my drop-off. I had requested a quick wash when I dropped off the vehicle, and when I called back that I was on my way to pick it up. Yet, when they brought the car around to hand me the keys, it was still dirty. So, I had to wait.
