I have taken my 2014 Lexus IS 350 there several occasions
I have taken my 2014 Lexus IS 350 there several occasions for oil change. Even with appointments it takes at least an hour for the total process. on Aug 2, 2022 I made an appointment for 9am. I arrived 855am. It did not appear too busy. My car rolled out of the service center entrance around 910am. Work was not completed after an hour and a half so I inquired about the car. The were reportedly putting in the filter. It was not completed for another 20-30 min. I checked out and left the service center at 1110am. Now i'm aware about labor shortages. I'm aware about unexpected delays. Im even aware that the car is mechanically difficult to work on. Hence why I don't change the oil myself like my other vehicles. But, 2 hours and 10 minuted for a SCHEDULED oil change is pushing the limit. Hopefully someone reads this review and inquires and looks into the process. Thank you,
