Had my 5000 mile service.

Had my 5000 mile service. Have a Noise under my car I’ve had since day one. Service rep said he couldn’t find it so I asked for the manager and he heard it,kept my car for a few days and promised they would fix it.

When my car was finished, Christian took me outside and

When my car was finished, Christian took me outside and showed me the repair job that was done to the cardboard that is around my tires. it had came off and rubbing against my tire when driving. The job your technicians done was wonderful. I always take my car to the dealership because they understand Toyotas and do an excellent job. I was impressed with Christian because he took the time to make sure everything I needed was done.

The only thing that I had technician is to be more aware and slow down. I had to return my wife’s 2004 Highlander just to get the belt tightened which cost me an additional of money. I felt that if technician was just slow down and take a good look . This would make more money to your company as an added value added to your company..

Chris Dittman has provided vehicles for several of my family and friends. He is knowledgeable about his inventory, he helps provide exactly what is needed ( i.e preferred payment) and preferred vehicle size for person/ family. I will continue to recommend Autonation and Chris Dittman.
