I would definitely recommend Toyota to friends and family..... ok for your survey this box right here should not a a minimum of 15 words. some ppl just like to be to the point. anyway that's my opinion abt this box. Thank you... Oh wait there should not be a minimum perhaps a maximum but not a minimum. Ok, Thank you again. I could really use those gas cards. LOL

The dealership itself was very clean and the atmosphere
The dealership itself was very clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My salesman was great. He offered us drinks and asked if there was anything else we needed while we waited. The business person was also very kind. All in all, it was a very good experience, and I will definitely go back. Plus I will definitely refer you to my friends and family.

We went in for the 15,000 mile service and ended up
We went in for the 15,000 mile service and ended up needing additional services. The back bumper had come off due to running over something in the road. The service adviser was so kind and patient. He added that in to our visit and got it looked at by the body shop. With an estimate in hand I was able to get the ball rolling quickly with my insurance. Very helpful!

Service advisor was knowledgeable about what I needed
Service advisor was knowledgeable about what I needed done to my car. He made appointment for me to drop my car off and assured me that my car would be done that same day and it was. The dealership also arraigned for me a courtesy ride to my home and a ride back to dealership when work was completed
