They do what they’re suppose to do by the book, my only

They do what they’re suppose to do by the book, my only issue is, my vehicle they told me wasn’t ready for s oil change, until it reached 5,000 miles, but they did it anyway, because it was the time I had it without any service. A Year almost later.

Really wish the branch manager would be willing to work

Really wish the branch manager would be willing to work with me on the price of the vehicle and my trade in. The "no haggle" pricing is actually just a reason for them to be able to not negotiate with the buyers. Not cool. Oscar's a great salesman though! Highly recommend him but the policy of "no haggling on the prices" is stupid.

Service Advisor did a good job.

Service Advisor did a good job. Once part arrived the repair work was performed promptly. I was not happy with the length of time for Autonation to obtain the part. Almost a week to get a wheel bearing from 200 miles away seems excessive to me. I consider this a problem of Toyota, not AutonationCC.

I bought a new 4 Runner that had to be shipped from

I bought a new 4 Runner that had to be shipped from California to Houston. Took about 4 weeks. The overall experience of the purchase was not unpleasant as buying a car usually is and for that I am grateful. But the real positive thing was that while all other dealers we contacted were charging $2,000 to $3,000 above MSRP because of the car supply crisis, Autonation Toyota CC did not. And that's why I go first to them when I buy my next Toyota.

I had a great experience purchasing a Carolla from this

I had a great experience purchasing a Carolla from this dealership. I feel like I got a fair deal and that the salesmen and financing department were very helpful answering the questions I had. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because there were a couple of visits where I had to wait for over an hour to be seen by the financing department.
