Good experience. Michele and her manager Arnold, were great to work with, flexible, and kept me informed during the buying process and wait time for vehicle delivery. Working with the finance manager was also expedient. If you can wait for a vehicle to be ordered and delivered it's the way to go in the current inventory environment.

I went for an oil and filter change at the appointed
I went for an oil and filter change at the appointed time. The service adsorption informed me of some uneven wear on the front tires so I added an alignment to the order. The service was completed in a reasonable time and Jo Jo notified me promptly when the car was ready. Great job.

Hate doing bad reviews.
Hate doing bad reviews. I sent in a service survey thinking I would get a follow up call, but instead I got over 20 emails asking me to leave a review. When I tried to leave a review it said I would have to edit my 5 star review from purchasing the car, but that experience was great at the time….. The service department is horrible. (Minus a few employees)They do not follow up. Will not let you speak with a manager. The FandI department seems like a great set of guys and gals but have in proper training from higher up. So they unknowingly misrepresent and explain product incorrectly.
