A little disappointed that my wife had a 8am appointment

A little disappointed that my wife had a 8am appointment and the vehicle didn’t get looked at until after 4pm. Other then that the service was and has always been top notch. The staff is ALWAYS very nice.

Used there app on line Loved it. Made it fast and easy. Set it up the appointment for the next day at 1030 am. One hour later my car was done.

Follow up could be much, much better.

Follow up could be much, much better. Perhase was the advisor I was working with this time. Not the best experiance. I know they are busy, but I think he could have paid more attention and called me back like he said he would.

The 2001 Jeep I purchased should have been thoroughly

The 2001 Jeep I purchased should have been thoroughly checked before I brought it home. The grease fittings weren’t greased, the front right brake is still making a loud grounding noise and the brake skips, what appears to be the fly wheel also winds or grinds at a cold start up.
