I had a great experience here.

I had a great experience here. Paulie, the salesman that took care of us was friendly, helpful, and not pushy in the slightest. We told him what we wanted, and he got it done. Steve in finances was excellent too. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. We were really short on time, so he really hustled to get us on our way as soon as possible. Dealership has followed up after the visit, but not often enough to be even remotely bothersome. Great experience.

My salesman, Harold Riley, was AMAZING.

My salesman, Harold Riley, was AMAZING. Actually, the entire car buying experience was not a bit unpleasant, except for the parting with my money part, but I'm getting over that to be back in a reliable vehicle. I despise buying cars. I try to only do it once a decade, more if I can get away with it. We found the car online on a Thursday night. Harold contacted me before 9:00 the next morning. He got me the line by line, out the door cost very quickly, in writing, with no slimy tricks or added costs, and provided a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. (We live in Austin, the dealership was in Corpus Christi.) He agreed to hold the vehicle until I could get there, and provided that to me in writing, and he even picked me up at the airport! (Dealerships in other towns were not willing to hold a vehicle until I got there) He began the paperwork before I got there to allow me to get on the road as quickly as possible. He was friendly, helpful, competent, and most importantly, TRUTHFUL. He made the entire experience as easy as it could possibly be. I feel like I got a quality vehicle from a quality salesperson and dealership. Thank you!
