Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. From the salesperson to the finance person- all were courteous and made me as comfortable as possible when buying a car. This is my 4th experience with this dealership - I’ll keep going g back! Ps. JJ (sales) is always willing to go above and beyond!

They did not have me as a reservation when I arrived.

They did not have me as a reservation when I arrived. The desk operator located my vehicle and it was due for service. Did not confirm that I had a reservation but accommodated me. When I made the reservation I requested vehicle inspection with the oil change since it was due. I got text messages for my scheduled visit.. I did not receive an inspection so I had to go somewhere else. I would think they would notice that it needed an inspection and offered to get it done.. Staff very courteous and professional and work well as a team. Thank you.

When I 1st called the dealership my call was answered promptly by a very nice representative. She scheduled my appointment with no problems. When I dropped off my vehicle I was greeted by a polite representative. I have no complaints with the service and staff 👍🏻.

I am disappointed with my service yesterday they left my

I am disappointed with my service yesterday they left my windshield wiper arm loose on driver side, I could of had an accident because it started to rain and wiper was not working properly, and I just went in for an oil change and decided to change my wipers, I went back and they did fix it and apologized but it was still worrisome.

I just want someone to be aware to be careful. I have always brought my vehicle to serviced here and everything had be ok until this time.

Went for my 5k maintenance.

Went for my 5k maintenance. Told me the wait would be an hour but I was only there for 30 minutes. Ran into my salesman and we chatted for awhile.
