I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Autonation Toyota service department for my initial appointment at 5,000 miles following the purchase of my 2022 4Runner . The service and check up was performed ever quicker than they had anticipated. The service waiting area was very comfortable also. I look forward to future appointments at this dealer for service! Great customer service from the beginning to the end of

Great customer service from the beginning to the end of my visit. I was greeted at my car within seconds of me driving up. I love the non contact intake process. The inside facilities are very clean and comfortable which is very important during this COVID time.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Many advisors at computer desk or on their cell phone and DO NOT acknowledge customers coming in. They make you wait a long time before getting acknowledged. Prices too high..especially when you have to pay out of pocket 😤

Really bad service, they overcharged I went just to fix

Really bad service, they overcharged I went just to fix few lights at the end I paid $375.23 they always called you telling you something else needs to be fix, this time they said my battery was bad, I did not believe that, but anyway I said go ahead and replace but I need my old battery back since am paying for a new one over 200 for, they said ok, but when I picked my SUV they did not give me my old battery, am pretty sure it's still in good working conditions, also my left directional light was working fine, after they fixed the other lights, the left directional is not working, I don't even bother to let them know am not going back to that place
