Good tech support. Comfortable waiting area. Beverages provided. Availability to walk in show room. Polite employees , some even know my name without looking at paper work. Play area for kids

I just didn?

I just didn?t like the fact I had to be asked where else do I get service at for my car . It wasn?t just once it was several times.

Needed new fob car keys and programming.

Needed new fob car keys and programming. Heather was fantastic but technicians took almost 3 hours when estimated time was 1 hour. I will go back but will drop off my car instead of waiting.

Excellent service! I highly recommend! Service and sales are exceptional! I love that they respect my time. Ricky in sales helps me everytime. Reggie is service always know exactly what my car needs! I love that he prepares me for the next visit as well.

I appreciated the smooth process of purchasing my new

I appreciated the smooth process of purchasing my new Nissan Rogue from Nissan Downtown Dealership a couple weeks ago. My daughter & son-in-law were with me. We experienced a no nonsense, no games played experience. Our salesman, Emajii, was very helpful in finding what I needed & brought out a choice of two vehicles with two different interiors which I had never had that happen before. Also, Glenda Lincoln, Nissan Loyalty Manager, has been extremely helpful in checking with me after returning back home to KY in regards to my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.

This was the 2nd car I had looked at this day and as soon

This was the 2nd car I had looked at this day and as soon as I got home I regretted my decision. I wanted to return the car and get mine back I was told no. Then there was no sticker so I could not figure out the price. I got online and they charged me what the original price was and not the slashed price. They tried to say they slashed the price after I bought it. How do you slash a price on a car you no longer have. I had apps left a negative google review and was told they would give me back some money if I took my review down.
