This in no way has anything whatsoever to do with L.J the service manager. He has been consistent with me and my family. Caring, supportive, Understanding and Always helping. This survey has all to do with Fernando the manager that worked with me every time I brought my car in from August 2024. I bought the car brand new and was having to bring my car in multiple times on several occasions. The response and help that I received was Horrible and left a bad taste in my mouth. He never documented anything in the system at the time of the issues of why I was having to

Spencer may know automobiles and repair, but he should not be in Customer Service. Lying to me or blaming me for your lack of follow-up is also not acceptable. I have good hearing and heard what you said behind my back too, both times for this visit. Not a fan and this goes back to multiple visits and experiences, not just a one time bad day. Downtown Nashville Nissan needs to step it up at this location to the standards expected elsewhere, but I will no longer tolerate it and make excuses on their behalf, as I have given too much benefit of doubt already.

Dakota was a great salesperson.

Dakota was a great salesperson. Everything we needed happened. Travelled from Rutherford Co because the deals were so good! Vehicles are in wonderful condition. Highly recommend
