5 Stars – Excellent Experience! After searching for months at multiple dealerships for the right car, I finally found exactly what I was looking for—and Beto made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. What really impressed me was how convenient everything was. I was able to handle the entire purchase over the phone from the comfort of my own home, and they delivered the car right to my door within two days! It couldn’t have been easier. The team at the dealership was quick, efficient, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated how seamless they made the entire experience. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future for my next vehicle. Highly recommend working with Beto and this dealership if you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!

I can say I enjoyed buying a car from Covert.

I can say I enjoyed buying a car from Covert. Starting with Jud, every person made me feel more than just a customer buying a car. Each staffer showed genuine interest in me getting what I wanted. I wasn't just a commission or one step closer to meeting the monthly sales goals. And, that is the best reason to buy a car from you. So, thank you.

Review is based on what I believe are deceptive

Review is based on what I believe are deceptive advertising and unfair sales practices. I found a vehicle listed by the dealer on Cars.com and on their own website for $19,900. After test-driving the vehicle, I was presented with a purchase price of nearly $24,000. When I asked why the price was different from the online listing, I was told the base price of $19,900 was only valid if I purchased additional products, including: - A crystal fusion paint protection package - An extended warranty These were never disclosed in the listing. When I asked to have them removed, the dealership reduced the added costs, but still insisted the online price was only valid with those add-ons. Additionally, they informed me that the listed price was only available if I used their in-house financing, and that if I chose to use my own bank or credit union, the price would increase. This was not disclosed in the listing and was only brought up after the test drive. I believe this constitutes a bait-and-switch scheme, a violation of fair advertising laws, and possibly a violation of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices statutes. I have filled a complaint on Better Business Bureau® (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) against the company, requesting the dealership be investigated for deceptive pricing practices, be held accountable for violating advertising standards and that steps be taken to ensure this type of misleading conduct does not continue. I am also leaving reviews on other public platforms (Google, etc.) to warn other consumers about this experience.

Jake was my sales rep and he was very good to work with.

Jake was my sales rep and he was very good to work with. He really is conscientious about making you comfortable to ask questions so you drive away a satisfied customer. Carlos, the manager, worked with me until I was comfortable with the deal. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever

Hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car anywhere. Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business. Thanks for the great professional friendly service Jake. Appreciated :-)
