Worst dealership for service. Don't buy a Ford from Covert if you want your car serviced.

Sold me a truck w bad rear end and kept truck full month. Also got me a higher interest rate than I was entitled to truck interior very dirty

Literal theft occurred at this dealership. Aside from the usual con practices of posting an online price and then hitting you with non negotiable addendums that raise the price of the car, this dealership has owed me money that they refuse to pay out. If you have a paid off trade in do not take it to this dealership. There was an amount given for my trade that I agreed to with an understanding that I would not apply the funds to the sale but instead would receive a check for the value. It was understood since I had a free and clear title that I would get a check overnighted to my address. I have since signed all the paperwork and the title to give Covert Ford full ownership of my trade at the time of sale. It has been almost 3 weeks and no check in sight. Repeated attempts of contact have only resulted in run around explanations with no information on why the delay to our understanding. I fully believe they do not intend to pay resulting in an outright theft on my behalf. Do Not Buy from this place.

We were looking for a new F150. Trevor Gill did an excellent job showing us the various trucks and explaining their various options. We were pleased with the entire team at Covert Ford.

We just bought my son's first car, and Gulsah in the used car department was amazing. She was very patient, transparent and honest with us throughout the entire process. She ever pulled some additional information for a similar car we were considering at another dealer. Her sales manager was straight forward and not pushy as well. I've had some bad experiences with their service department in the past, but our most recent interaction with Gulsah and the used department couldn't have been better.

I've had three recalls on my 2021 F-150. I bought the truck in Houston, then moved to Austin. Went to Covert for the second recall, possible defective driveshaft. They kept my truck for 10 days and would not give me a loaner vehicle ... which I expected when spending over $60K on a truck. I recently tried to schedule another more warranty/recall service and was told it would take 3 weeks for the truck to be worked on. That is, they needed the truck for 3 weeks to replace a wiper motor and sort out why the bluetooth is not working. Chances of me buying a Ford again are slim, and no chance of going back to a Covert dealership for anything.

Was in and out in an hour. Ricardo was awesome and the team did a great job getting me into my truck. They worked on the paperwork while I spent time with my grand kids and went back when done and the paperwork was ready to sign. Nice easy day

I have owned my car I purchased from Covert Ford-Lincoln in Austin for almost four years. When I purchased it, they also sold me a maintenance service plan. Called the Service Manager today to schedule routine maintenance just to find out they won't honor the terms of the agreement anymore...it's no longer cost effective for them. Cannot recommend them as a reputable dealer any more. I will not be buying my next car from Covert Ford-Lincoln and will probably not buy from any Covert dealer given the dealer's leadership failure in Austin.
