I purchased an F-350 FX4. Having alot of vehicles on hand made it easy for me to choose a vehicle. I like to see what I'm buying. Working with a internet specialist was a little different. A salsman seems to be more willing to be more forthcomong with negotiating. I'm still waiting on my chrome miiror covers that were included in the deal. All in all I would recommend covert over another dealership. This is my 3rd or forth vehicle I bought from covert.

Service for my 2005 Escape Hybrid. It was due for its 140,000 mile check up but we did all of that at the 100,000 mile check up. The Service staff is always friendly and helpful. I do all my service at Covert. I just wish Ford would make another Escape Hybrid.

Great service and great customer engagement.
James was one of the sales staff that helped me learn how to use in sync system. I came in recently due to something I received in the mail; a letter saying I needed to buy this service since my warranty was going to expire in May. I had only purchased the car in May. James took time to read the information and told me it was spam. At that point, he asked me some questions related to maintenance of my car. He told me to call him to set up the service appointment and he would have a rental for me to use while my vehicle was serviced. He did exactly what he said he would do and the service team performed the first routine maintenance on my car. As an aside, even though I came in just to ask about the letter,James took the time to talk with me and remembered me even though he was not the salesman of record.

Great Service
My Expedition is a 1999 4WD with 223,000 miles on it. You guys keep it running great. My wife's Expedition is a 2011 EL. It still runs and rides like new. We bring them both in for all service.
