Great Service

Adam was very helpful and didn't mind taking some time figuring out why my Sync wasn't syncing with my phone.

My service advisor, Lukasz Wicha, was so helpful and extremely pleasant. He made an attempt to resolve my issue before even making a ticket, thinking the problem could have resulted from a spilled drink on my gears. Just that he was trying to save me time and money was very important to me. His manner of handling my needs was professional and personable.

Great service, friendly people, quick ride home,

I had great experience with the service on my 2010 Fusion Hybrid. I have had great friendly service also on my 2014 Fusion. I couldn't be treated any better. When I bought my car, I wish I had bargained a little more like a person is supposed to do. As an 81-year-old lady who had never bought a car by herself, I should have known. Next time I will. The young man cleared out my other car with several things I had forgotten. I really appreciated his help.

Easy purchase! Good pricing & friendly people.

Sales and financing staff were very courteous and helpful. My biggest issue is that the vehicle operating and maintenance manuals were not provided when the truck was delivered and although requested, a set of manuals has not yet been provided. I have several questions about service intervals and vehicle operation that the manuals will help me answer.
