HAPPY CUSTOMER

I had a recall on my lcm. I called Covert Oct. 2,2014 Mr. Mark was very polite & helpful. However he did tell me the part would take up to 5 wks. So, I called back Nov. 4th & Mr. Mark said that a shipment went out but, he couldn't tell me if, I was one of the customers that was going to get a part.So, I called the main head quarters and spoke with Mrs. Debbie and I told her what was going on & she told me to give her a few days & she would get back in touch with me. And, she did just that, & told me that covert would be reaching out to some part center to get me a part asap. So, I had back from Mr. Mark & he said that, they ordered me a part & that I can bring my car in following week. They took great care of me. I want to say THANK YOU TO MR. MARK & THAT I APPRECIATE ALL THAT, HE HAS DONE FOR ME. AND, ALSO TO MRS. DEBBIE FOR ALL HER HARD WORK TO GET ME A PART. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.......HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY. MS. TAMARA KENNON

vehicle Purchase

Purchasing a vehicle thru Covert was a good experience. I felt at ease with Jacqueline who assisted me with this purchase. If I had to say anything negative about my experience it would be when Gerry Peterson attempted to give me 7% financing thru Ford Motor Credit. I told him no way because I would go somewhere else. He then got me 4.99% thru Citibank. Maybe he is required to push Ford Motor Credit, and I understand that even though I did not like it. Overall, except for that, I had a pretty good experience.

2014 Ecooboost FX4

2014 FX4 F150 Supercrew 157'' wheelbase Ecoboost v6. Great service. Great staff. No complaints about the dealship whatsoever. Great deal on the truck, felt somewhat cheated on trade value. Not happy with fuel mileage. Sticker showed 18-21 and I average 13-14 at 65-70 mph.
