Great experience

This was one of my best experiences buying a car. There was no pressure nobody called me and hounded me I told him when I was ready to buy the car I was gonna Cole and a week later I did. And the reason whyI called is because no one was on top of me I made my decision and purchased my car. From the salesman to the financing man I had not one problem it was a joy.

Wonderful buying experience!!

I purchased a 2014 Fusion Hybrid SE from Covert in Austin, based on a referral from a friend after he received excellent service. I was very impressed at their level of dedication to the entire shopping experience, including making sure I got every rebate I could when purchasing the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend their dealership to anyone and will be proud to work with them again on my next purchase.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE ADVISER

We have been customers of Covert Ford for over fifteen years and Steve Hathaway has been our service adviser all of those years.. Thanks to Steve, we have enjoyed great service. The job is always perfect and done when he said it would be. We come back to Covert because of dedicated people like Steve.

The technician and Service Writer contacted me promptly about a minor issue in completing the requested maintenance and took care of the issue immediately after receiving my authorization. Excellent service.
