I hate dealing with car troubles, but Megan made my service experience so painless! I was in within 30 minutes and she was upfront about everything. She also correctly identified the issue and prevented me from spending way more on diagnostics. 5 stars for her!

I went in today with a $10 oil change coupon.

I went in today with a $10 oil change coupon. Dustin said to me that they need to stop sending these coupons because they’re not making money in a no nice tone. I could said something back to him but remained quite.

I had a great car buying experience with Troy Malovey and his associate Chris Jones. This was my first time at Maxwell Ford and my first purchase as well. Both made this vehicle experience positive and relaxed. They were able to work this purchase to fit in my budget. I would buy my next vehicle from them in the future.
