Easy scheduling an appt and from the moment I pulled in Lafayette took excellent care of me and my truck - I?ve purchased 5 other Fords from two other Austin dealers but this experience impressed me so much I?m going to be a customer for life!

Lafayette, who was my service advisor, was very awesome and patient with me. Answered all my questions, and even helped me with Sunbit application that was causing a problem for me. He went above and beyond from start to finish. Also the technician had a problem downloading my cars diagnostic review, received the wrong one, unfortunately, so I reached out to Lafayette after hours and he looked into the issue right away to make sure the proper repairs were actually done to my car. He explained what happened which put me at ease. Thank you Lafayette for going the extra mile.

Lynn was my service advisor and she was very helpful since the beginning when I called just to ask questions about my vehicle breaking down on me. She kept me up to date since the time my car got towed to Ford. Would definitely recommend her to anyone for help when needing service repairs.

The service was great and they attended to me in a timely manner. They installed my battery with great time.

Nice service. Polite. Quick and efficient . Well done that is all I have to say but I need twenty words to stop and finish and be done.

Service time was reasonable, shuttle driver was excellent! Lynn the service writer, knew her stuff was nice but all business. We?ll see if struts , and alignment hold up on Austin streets!! Was a good visit!
