I hate dealing with car troubles, but Megan made my service experience so painless! I was in within 30 minutes and she was upfront about everything. She also correctly identified the issue and prevented me from spending way more on diagnostics. 5 stars for her!

It took a week and a half to diagnose and flash software
It took a week and a half to diagnose and flash software to my truck. Entirely too long. Received constant excuses of “oh it’s just so busy” “it’s crazy today” “sorry I got distracted”. So annoying when you’re paying for a rental. My sales guy clearly did not understand what the tech said needed to happen, couldn’t answer my questions, never followed up, and insisted the only way to fix my truck was to spend $800 flashing new software. $800 for software?!? Gtfo

All dealerships should have their own Troy! Very personable experience, which is what we were looking for. We ended up ordering a Bronco (which only took 3 months to receive) and it couldn’t have been a smoother process.
