Repairs on a 1999 Toyota 4-Runner
My vehicle is my horse. My Toyota dealer is my doctor. I came in for repairs due to a vibration which kept me from going the speed limit. I brought my car in to the dealer for diagnostics, it's 24 years old. My car needed attention, safety and longevity was my concern. I trusted my customer service rep., found several problems that could have been a major problem down the road. I look forward to acquiring 300,000 miles on my vehicle and I also want to be around to see it happen.

I had already been approved for a loan through my bank so if it could have moved along faster, that would have been great. However, it was a Saturday.

Car maintenance
I do not trust this dealership. I have Toyota Extra Care and must use a Toyota dealership for service. I was given false information and told I needed parts that I didn?t need! I will travel the 30 miles to another dealership next time.

Not great service.
Not great service. Got a text that my truck needed repairs. Brand new truck. Turns out it was for someone’s else vehicle. Fortunately, I declined those repairs. Then had to walk around and find my own truck after oil change.
