The best

I’ve had my vehicle oil change and general maintenance done here for the last 3 years. I’ve never had any issues with my vehicle and would like to think it’s because of the diligent work done by the Toyota mechanics.

Toyota Land Cruiser 2000

They were very straight forward about all the work, and how to save time and money on it. I don?t think I would take my car anywhere else yet for mechanical work.

Oil Change/Service

I was having a pretty difficult day, but the staff at Autoon made me feel welcomed & regarded in a kind sense. I love getting my oil changed here! I loved purchasing my car at a different autonation. Company wide, their staff is so helpful & friendly.

Toyota South Austin

I had to have our truck towed into their service shop for a flat tire in the morning. The tow service handed the keys to a service representative and provided my information. They also had my information because we are an existing current customer. I made several failed attempts throughout the day to find out if they had my truck and the status of the repairs. Late in the afternoon I finally got ahold of someone and they could not find my truck anywhere. I headed up to the service center to see what was going on while they searched for my truck. When I got there they found my truck but had no idea what they did with the keys. After a frantic search for my keys they found them. After that I was told to come back Monday to have a service ticket entered. One associate even just left my keys loose on his desk and walked out the door and said he would not enter the service ticket. After about 20 minutes I found someone that would finally enter my ticket. I really got the feeling like they just didn't want to bother with my truck. The fact that they lost my truck and keys really made me realize how incompetent the staff was. I won't ever bring my truck into their service center or but another truck from them. No one apologized or seemed to care that the my truck and keys were lost at their facility. And even after my keys were lost and then found the representative just left them loose on his desk and walked out the door.

I bought my car and have been servicing it at this

I bought my car and have been servicing it at this location since 2022. Overall, I am happy about the service I get from the advisors (some had been betters than others but there are few things the service unit could improve upon: Bring back drop off services. Even if you charge a fee, it would be nice to have this option. Provide a complementary car wash (I was super impressed the day I picked up my car and, it had been washed! Communicate with owner every so often even if you have not received the info you need to communicate to him/her/them. Last time I had to call after waiting for almost 4 hrs to hear from my advisor. It turned out that he was waiting to get the ok from the extended warranty company in order to replace my tire, but it would had been great to know that so I could had prepared alternate transportation arrangements in advance. Be very clear and transparent about the maintenance schedule: I was under the impression I had to bring my car for oil change every 5,000 miles, which is not the case. Having a maintenance schedule at hand could help me to better plan and stress less about having to bring my car so often since I drive it a lot.
