Not a great experience overall, it seems they were just

Not a great experience overall, it seems they were just trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommending was looking in good shape. As well my car was ready for more than 30 minutes before they call me that the car was ready after being waiting 3+ hours for a regular service and alignment.

Josh is very pleasant!

Josh is very pleasant!! Upon checking in for my oil change appointment was told it would be a 2-2 1/2 hour wait..was thrilled when Josh came to tell me after about a 1 1/2 hour that my car was ready!! I appreciate that he didn’t try to up sell other services & that he didn’t treat me like I was of no importance since I get complimentary oil changes..some of the other past service writers have treated me as of no importance,.. I highly recommend Josh!! Professional,great at his job and glad I was assigned to him!! :)

Fantastic customer service from Ruben Gallegos

I had a great experience with Ruben Gallegos. My car had been totaled in an accident and because it was the other driver's fault, I had to deal with their insurance which took forever and I had to turn the rental in before I had the funds to purchase a car. I explained my situation and Ruben did not hesitate to offer to come pick me up in Cedar Park so I could do my test drive back to the dealership. I bought a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan with a little over 16K miles. It is a great car in perfect condition and I got a great deal! The customer service from Ruben was spectacular! He even sent me texts after the purchase to make sure I was happy.

Toyota Camry

It was good. Ed was really helpful. The whole process was very simple and easy. My wife and I were in and out within a couple of hours and it was all done after we got out of work. No need to take an entire day off to car shop and wait around.

Stay away. I was charged $395.10 for a battery MSRP of $291.89. Part# 28800-28100. No Dealer installation. This transaction was a parts counter purchase/pick-up for self-install; the charge was for battery only. Occurred 02/23/23.
